To facilitate this, we operate out of our country home and warehouse, which keeps our overhead costs low. Since our location is fairly remote, it makes sense for us to ship using USPS as an economical and reliable courier. We also choose to rely on Paypal for all of our secure online purchase transactions, as they offer excellent payment gateway services and are tailored to the small online merchant. athleticshoes4less.com is affiliated with Avery Design & Consulting (Shane Avery, proprietor). Where do these shoes come from? Our inventory consists of mostly clear-out, overstocked, or discontinued items that are no longer available in the major retail channel. These shoes are new in-the-box items that, for one reason or another, just didn't sell in the retail market. Some pairs may be slightly irregular from the factory. Any shoes with visible flaws or irregularities will be accurately reported in the catalog area of our store and marked for sale even below already discounted prices. Are we someone you can trust? We believe that honesty really is the best policy. We try to be reasonable, open, and up-front about everything we do. We realize we cannot stipulate terms for every possible customer service situation with a few simple text documents on our website. If ever a problem should arise, please call us and discuss the matter with us. We will give you respectful personal attention and strive to work out an equitable solution. We are by no means a large retail store. We are a small "mom and pop" operation who take pride in our service.
